*Friday – 12:00pm to 10:00pm
*Saturday – 9:00am to 10:00pm
*$750.00 – Plus a $200.00 refundable deposit.
*Use of gazebo area for ceremony.
*Use of upstairs of barn for a dressing area.

*GENERAL RENTALS*

*One day rental only – 9:00am to 10:00pm
*Birthday Party $225.00 – Plus a $100.00 refundable deposit
*Baby Shower $225.00 – Plus a $100.00 refundable deposit
*Graduation Party $225.00 – Plus a $100.00 refundable deposit

*What we provide*

* Access to full kitchen
*Inside and outside restrooms
*115 padded banquet chairs
*19 – 6ft tables
*10 – 8ft tables
*1 – 4ft round table
*All trash bags

No dates will be saved without receiving a deposit, absolutely no exceptions.
